Title: Profit Centre Manager Description:
Under direct supervision of the Area Director or the Team leader, the Profit Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the given business centre, including chief responsibility for the sales, operations, profitability, appearance and success of the centre. Accountable for achieving and maintaining centre sales, marketing and financial objectives in conjunction with the Area Director. Manages and delivers all client services, ensuring rapid response and high satisfaction levels. Responsible for the management/development of centre team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generating profitable new business within the Regus Centre Generating sales to designated external prospects through effective lead generation Must maintain a high conversion and close rate. Contact and Relationship Management; Responsible for retention, expansion and renewal of current client contracts. Responsible for managing the Customer Service Team, which includes Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Representatives: motivating, training and coaching of the Center team members. Ensuring the efficient operation of the Regus Centre through management of the Customer Service Team
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Fluent English Minimum 5+ years of management experience Proven customer service and sales experience in a service related business to business environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 and IT/Telecoms conversant Demonstrated ability to work with financials, including P&L reports, forward order book and yield management
